Belladonna’s Batter Up
I have a quite lot of novelty-shaped sex toys. In fact, I only have one or two truly realistically shaped dildos, and even those are colored or decorated in such a way that it’s obvious they’re not a dismembered organ. Even with the vast majority of my playthings being designed to look like something other than what one would traditionally have sex with, I’ve never tried anything shaped like a baseball bat, or even sports themed, for that matter.
Until recently, that is. EdenFantasys.com offered me a Belladonna’s Batter Up to review, and not being one to pass up an opportunity to try something new, I eagerly accepted it. Even though it’s hot pink and not Kansas City Royals blue. The cute little thumbnail pictured above really doesn’t give you a very good idea of just how massive Belladonna’s Batter Up actually is, measuring in at 10 insertable inches before you get to the handle, and sporting a generous girth of 5 1/4 inches at the top. Not only is this thing large in size, it’s also fairly heavy, weighing in at just over a pound.
The packaging is just a simple plastic clamshell containing the Batter Up and a paper insert with product information. Clicking the two smaller images on the left will show you the full-size photos.
Made from ABS plastic, the surface is totally smooth, except for a visible seam that is slightly rough in a few places. Luckily, I didn’t feel the seam or its scratchy spots against me while using the Batter Up (thanks to plenty of lube, maybe). Still, I’m disappointed in the quality. Surely there aren’t supposed to be rough patches along the seam, and I can’t believe the seam is so obvious, even for a Doc Johnson toy (oops, did I just type that out loud?). I also noticed some dents in the handle.
But there’s more to this scaled-down baseball bat. You see, this bat is filled with some kind of liquid that you can hear sloshing around when you shake it. I don’t know what the liquid is, but it allows you to either heat the bat up or cool it down for temperature play. And it sounds cool when you use the bat as a light saber.
Anyway, my full review is posted over on EdenFantasys.com, for anyone interested in learning more, and thanks to EdenFantasys for sending me this one to try in exchange for my honest review.
