This week’s Follow-Up Friday is the Grrl Toyz Silk Touch Egg Vibe, which happens to be one of the only sex toys I’ve truly hated. I wasn’t quite so down on it at first. I mean, the uber-buzzy vibrations were more irritating than stimulating, and the flimsy clicky button that skipped functions or just didn’t work were a challenge to look past, as was the lack of variation in intensity, although props for the idea of having a dial control for that. I love that we’re seeing more and more rechargeable sex toys. I’m also excited that companies are designing better, more user-friendly products, like cordless bullets. One of the first sponsored reviews I did for EdenFantasys.com last summer was Cal Exotic’s Power Bumper. I was already a fan of rabbit-style vibes, and I had never tried anything with texture, let alone that much texture, so I was pleased to get it. Last June I reviewed Booty Parlor’s Don’t Stop Massage Candle in the Spicy Chocolate Cinnamon scent. I love being rubbed, I like nice-smelling candles (as long as they’re not perfumy, blech), and so a massage candle seemed like the ideal bedroom accessory. Je Joue is a luxury sex toy company. Their G-Ki has always intrigued me as it’s the only G-spot vibe I’ve seen that’s actually adjustable. In two places. That has to be worth trying, right? I mean, a common reason certain products don’t work for certain people is because the shape and/or size doesn’t fit well with their anatomy. A while back I reviewed the Intimate Organics Body Souffle. I love it so much that I bought some more when that tube ran out, and since it was such great lotion I decided to try another Intimate Organics product. They have a lot of really cool stuff to chose from. While the Foaming Bath looked very tempting and was available in the same orange and ginger scent I absolutely adore, I opted for the Aromatherapy Cleansing Gel since I’m more of a shower person and rarely take baths. This meant having to try a different flavor, the “Relaxing” scent of Lemongrass and Coconut water. Read more…
