Foxy Bombshell Panties
I love it when lingerie is both sexy and comfortable. Not much of a thong person, I occasionally have to wear them anyway because of the whole panty-line issue, but for some reason they make me feel like I have a constant wedgie. No, I’m really more of a low-rise bikini kinda gal, and unfortunately that style of underwear isn’t usually as titillating. However, when I saw Booty Parlor’s Foxy Bombshell Hipster Bikini Panties up for review on Babeland.com I knew I needed to try them. Full-coverage knickers made to be sexy? That’s more my style.
Before I discuss the panties themselves, let me rave on about the packaging because I think it’s really clever. Perfect for a bridal/bachelorette/Valentine’s Day gift, these knickers come in a discreet black box, with the signature Booty Parlor logo on the front and brief product information and photo on the back.
The bottom of the box slides out like a drawer to reveal the panties inside, which is what I think is so cool about the packaging. There’s even a little fabric drawer pull, for those who appreciate attention to detail. The box could certainly be used for storage, but it’s also recyclable. I love minimalist and eco-friendly packaging, especially when it’s so stylish.
Foxy Bombshell Pantiesare available in 2 sizes: Small fits hip measurements from 23-38 inches, and Large will fit hips ranging from 27-43 inches, so there is some overlap in the sizing. The elasticated waist and legs in addition to the ribbon ties and stretchy ruching on the back means these are very adjustable.
The ribbons create a nice little keyhole in the back when tied. If you want to see an example of what I mean, take a peek at the picture posted on the Booty Parlor website. The panties sit higher on the model so you don’t get to see much of her bum through the opening, but I’m sure the amount of backside cleavage will vary from person to person. Either way, I love the opening back there. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed looking at the top of my bum crack in the mirror the first time I wore these panties. That was a huge boost in self-esteem and body-image.
Another really cool feature is the crotch gusset, which is open on the top. This creates a handy little pocket, just the right size for a small vibrator. Pictured below is the bullet from the Remote Vibe Panties I reviewed a few months ago, which also happens to work very well in these knickers. A smaller bullet might have fit better, but this one did just fine.
Made from a silky-soft material of 95% poly silk and 5% lycra, Foxy Bombshell Panties feel lovely and are a pleasure to wear. The only real downside is that they have to be hand-washed or dry cleaned, but that’s the case with a lot of lingerie. So yeah, I’m very impressed. These are a lot of fun. Thank you Babeland!
