Je Joue Ami
We all know the importance of doing Kegel exercises to keep our pelvic floor muscles toned, right? In case you need a reminder, check out my Why do Kegels? page. There are plenty of sex toys on the market designed to help us work our PC muscles (I’m speaking mainly to the ladies here). 
We have our choice of barbells, weighted single or double balls, and others that are more hourglass shaped. I’m up for trying them all, so I eagerly requested the Je Joue Ami when Babeland.com offered it for review.
This is actually a set of 3 Kegel exercisers, of varying size, shape, and weight, so it should suit anyone, no matter where you are in your PC muscle workout regime. Je Joue is a classy company that manufactures high-quality, luxury sex toys that are beautifully and discreetly packaged.
The outer maroon box has the company logo on the top and product pictures with some basic information, printed in several different languages, on the back. Inside is an elegant black flip-top box that has a ribbon tie, so it’s definitely suitable for gift-giving as well as handy for storage.
Beginners can start out with Ami 1, since it’s a single ball and the lightest, weighing 1.65 ounces/47 grams. Like most Kegel balls, it’s hollow with a smaller ball inside that rattles around and gives the user a nice, and very subtle, vibration sensation. The nice thing is that once inserted, the interior ball doesn’t make enough noise for anyone to hear, so it’s discreet and very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

Once using Ami 1 becomes too easy, then it’s time to move up to Ami 2, which is bigger, heavier (this one weighs 2.75 ounces/78 grams), and consists of 2 hollow balls with smaller, weighted balls inside, that are joined together by that lovely, soft silicone. This is my favorite one to use so far. It gives me a delicious sense of fullness, and I really feel as though I’m working my pelvic floor with the added weight. I don’t notice the little balls moving around quite so much with this one, but I do get some pleasurable internal stimulation while wearing it.

Plus, I’m seriously impressed with the silicone on these. Not only is it so heavenly soft, but it’s not too bad for attracting dust and lint, which is fantastic (just be sure to stick with water-based lube only). Yes, I highly recommend the Je Joue Ami, as I think it’s definitely worth having.
