DeLight Click ‘n’ Charge

Fun Factory DeLight Vibrator Sex ToyThere are several perks to reviewing sex toys. One is getting to play with a wide variety of products, many of which I otherwise wouldn’t have ever tried. Another advantage is learning what sort of shape, size, and materials work for my body. Over the past few months I’ve grown very fond of certain brands, and Fun Factory has become one of my favorite manufacturers. Most of their products are out of my price range, but another really awesome thing about being a reviewer is that many online adult toy stores offer ways to earn reward points, so I can get the luxury toys I covet. That’s how I procured a DeLight Click ‘n’ Charge.

Fun Factory DeLight Vibrator Sex ToyFun Factory DeLight Vibrator Sex ToyI wanted one of these ever since seeing it in The Big Book of Sex Toys. The unusual shape is what initially caught my eye. Designed for G-spot stimulation, it also has a wee nub where the insertable end’s curve meets the handle. When positioned just right, this little bump also hits the clitoris for some dual stimulation. It’s not quite the same level of clitoral vibration as a rabbit-style vibe, since there aren’t any flappy bits, but it’s still effective for me. And by now you all probably know what a huge fan I am of dual stimulation vibes.

All of the Fun Factory products I have so far came packaged the same way: in a red and grey box, with front flaps that open to reveal a bigger glance of the toy through the plastic window and product information. The DeLight comes in a pull-out cardboard tray, with an owner’s manual (printed in different languages) and a sample sachet of lube tucked away underneath the vibe.

The cord comes in a separate box, and the magnetic end clicks into place on the 2 metal points located on the handle. When properly connected, the Fun Factory logo will light up and the control buttons on the vibe itself will blink while it’s charging.

Just like the SpringDeLight features multiple speeds of continuous vibration and 3 patterns. There are 2 control buttons, conveniently located right on the top of the handle, so it’s very user-friendly.

Fun Factory DeLight Vibrator Sex ToyPress and hold the + button a few seconds and the motor starts at the slowest speed of constant vibration. Keep pressing the + button to increase the intensity, or press the – button to slow it down. Once at top speed, holding the + button for a few seconds again takes the motor into the patterns: escalating, medium pulse, and short pulse. In this pulse mode, pressing the + will cycle through the the 3 patterns. To return to continuous vibration, press the – button. The only real disadvantage I can think of is that there’s no “quick off” option. In order to turn the vibe off, the user must back down to the slowest speed of constant vibration from, and then press the – button.

DeLight is made from hard plastic and silicone. I have a black and white one, but they’re available in other colors. The white part is a slick, hard plastic, and the black insertable end is a fairly firm silicone at the tip and the top part of the curve, but where it meets the plastic there is some flexibility. Cleanup with soap and water is really easy since it’s splashproof, which another great advantage to the Click ‘n’ Charge vibes.

Overall, I really like the DeLight. I realize the shape may not work with everybody, but the silicone allows some give and flexibility. Also, the tip on the insertable end is firm enough to apply some G-spot pressure. Since it’s not as rigid as metal or glass, it can be used with the motor on or off for G-spot stimulation. It was definitely worth saving up my reward points for.
