Speaking of Giveaways…
You guys know about the giveaway I posted just a few days ago, right? If not, go check it out, since you’re already here and all. Winner gets a Taking Care of Business Waterproof Vibrator, and there are many ways to get bonus entries. I really love giveaways. I think the chance to get something cool for free is so exciting! Especially when the free item is a sex toy.
Recently I discovered some very cool news. It seems that several sex toy companies are sponsoring Sex Toy Day 2010. This really celebrates the newfound popularity of intimate playthings, and they’re hoping to get people talking more about sex toys by giving away 1000 vibrators–yes, that’s right, one thousand vibrators–to the first 1000 people who enter their info at SexToyDay.com at 11:00 AM EST/8:00 AM PST on November 4th, 2010. They even have a thingy set up on the website to remind you, so it’s easy.
I strongly encourage anyone who has not yet tried sex life accessories to get a free vibe on Sex Toy Day. They’re giving away rocket-style vibes, which are effective and a discreet size, so they’re not the least bit intimidating and an ideal toy to start out with. Even if you don’t think that’s something you’d enjoy, try it anyway. Otherwise, how can you know for sure? And now you can get a vibe for free, so there’s really nothing to lose here. It’s a win all around!
Sex toys changed my life and opened up a whole new world for me. I was very reluctant to have anything to do with them for a long time, and I’m not sure why. I guess in my youth I considered it a failure for a woman to have to resort to sex with machinery. Come to think of it, I blame that scene in the movie Parenthood. But when I hit my early thirties, my attitude gradually changed. Not just about sex toys, but sex in general. Seeking to educate myself, I started listening to sex podcasts, and I really got the impression that I was missing out on something amazing. Turns out I was.
So I bought myself a Hitachi Magic Wand. That’s how many start out, and it’s an exceedingly effect vibe, but it’s also loud, clunky, big, and has to be plugged in. So I moved on to a little Pocket Rocket Jr, which is a discreet size and relatively quiet, but it only has one speed. Next I tried a multi-speed Lelo Iris. Heaven! At some point along the line I was told to strengthen up my pelvic floor muscles in the interest of my gynecological and urological health, so I got some SmartBalls, and I managed to acquire a few Liberator Shapes (which are fantastic!), as well as other cool gear like blindfolds and wrist tethers.
All of it makes difference. I prefer some items over others, and some things fall in and out of favor depending on my mood and available time, but just like other toys and playthings, there’s value in the novelty. Not to mention the thrill of trying something new, especially when you anticipate it being pleasurable.
I’m still in the process of exploring my maturing sexuality. Since becoming a reviewer I have tried things I never would have dreamed of even having in the house 5 years ago. Mostly because I had no idea such things even existed back then, but you get my point. Sex toys have allowed me to explore my body and in so doing discover new ways to feel good. Which is awesome.

this post is a scam it won't work …
The huge response crashed the servers. That's what can happen when loads of people all try to do the same thing at the same time on the same website.
