Njoy Pure Wand
I don’t mind saying it. I really love Njoy products. Already the proud owner of a Fun Wand and Pure Plug, I now have a Pure Wand in my possession. This is one I’ve been drooling over for a while. In fact, I very nearly got it a few months ago instead of the Fun Wand. I couldn’t make up my mind between the two and simply chose the less expensive option. But oh, I am so glad I have both now.
Like other Njoy sex toys, the Pure Wand is made from stainless steel, which is body-safe and hygienic as well as compatible with any lube. It’s super easy to clean with soap and water, by boiling, or putting in the dishwasher. Just avoid using anything abrasive that might scratch it. Metal is also an ideal material for temperature play as it feels cool to the touch at room temperature, but it also quickly warms up or cools down. Since there isn’t a motor or any moving parts to wear out, this one will last a lifetime. Or longer.
The Pure Wand is double-ended and curved for G-spot stimulation. It measures 8 inches long straight across and a little over 11 inches along the curve. Each end is ball-shaped, and the stem in between tapers slightly, ranging in diameter from 3/4 of an inch to an inch, giving it a girth ranging from around 2 inches to a little over 3 inches. The smaller ball is about an inch in diameter with a girth of 3 1/4 inches, and the larger end is just over 1 1/2 inches in diameter, giving it a more hefty 5-inch girth. I usually start out using the smaller end to get warmed up, then I move on to the big end, as I love the full feeling it gives me. The Pure Wand is also safe for anal play, but I personally haven’t used it for that yet.
Packaging is the same hinged-lidded box lined with pink satin as my other Njoy toys, which is great for storage and very well-suited for gift giving. Also included is a little info booklet which doubles as a product catalogue. The box has the company name in silver lettering on the top, and comes in a slide-off paper sleeve.
The pictures really don’t do the Pure Wand justice, though. It is beautiful, and shiny, and slick-smooth. Not to mention, substantial. Weighing in at around a pound and a half (yes, I weighed it!), this is one heavy dildo. But not in a bad way. I find the weight oddly reassuring somehow, as crazy as that sounds. I thought my hand and/or wrist would get tired while using it, but they don’t. I think it’s because I don’t thrust with this toy. Instead, I insert it and move it around according to however it feels best at the time. Often that’s a gentle up-and-down motion, sometimes I feel more like I’m rocking it back and forth.
While I can have some seriously powerful orgasms when using this in conjunction with clitoral stimulation, I’m still getting a feel for using the Pure Wand on its own. Maybe that’s because it has allowed me to stimulate my G-spot in ways I never have before, and I’m experiencing new sensations as a result. Keep in mind, I’m much more accustomed to softer materials, typically of the vibrating kind. But the Pure Wand, it’s so solid and filling… it’s really incredibly amazing.
