Handmaiden G-Spot Thrill
The main purpose of this blog is to review sex toys, not just for my own enjoyment, but also as a means to explore my sexuality and learn what my body likes. This week I’ve been reviewing products that don’t vibrate, which is definitely a change of pace for me since I love playing with powerful rumbles. But if I only ever try variations of the same types of toys, that’s not a really lot of exploring. Plus, I hate the thought that I may be missing out on something that will give me such an amazing orgasm that only a steam cleaner could peel me from the ceiling. Figuratively speaking, of course.
So, having recently delved into glass and metal, I’d now like to talk about something made from a much softer material, like this Handmaiden G-Spot Thrill Fascinationssent me to review. Made by Topco from 100% “platinum cured medical grade silicone” (it says so right on the packaging), the G-Spot Thrill is nonporous, waterproof, phthalate free, and easy to clean with soap and water or sterilize by boiling. Additionally, since there are no metal pieces or a motor, this toy can be heated in the microwave or frozen for some temperature play fun.
Measuring around 8 inches total in length, with a little over 6 inches being insertable, it has a phallic shape with a slightly curved shaft and bulbous tip for targeted G-spot stimulation. The tapered tip is a little over 4 1/2 inches in girth at its widest, and the shaft’s girth ranges from 2 3/4 inches just underneath the tip to 5 inches down by the handle. I’m not sure how to go about measuring the handle, since it’s of an irregular shape, but it fills my palm nicely and there are several ways to comfortably hold it.
The G-Spot Thrill comes in clear plastic packaging, with some useful product information printed on the back. A silver satiny storage pouch is included, which is nice because silicone toys ideally shouldn’t touch other toys in case the materials aren’t compatible. Also, as is the tendency of many sex toysmade from soft materials, this one picks up dust and lint very easily, so keeping it in its pouch will help it stay clean.
The surface feels soft and smooth. Apart from the slightly raised dark blue stripes down the shaft, which I hardly felt, there is no texture. This material does have a bit of skin drag, so be sure to only use water-based lube. The wider area of the base feels firm underneath the squishy surface, but as it tapers towards the tip it gets very pliable and bendy. The tip itself is very giving on the surface but has more firmness where it’s wider. The handle is also pretty squishy.
In fact, the G-Spot Thrill has an awesome handle. For starters, it’s comfortable to hold. So no worries about hands getting tired or cramping up during extended play sessions. But the real fun is the flat, level surface where the handle joins the shaft. That area is for clitoral stimulation. Since this toy is made from soft silicone it has the advantage of being able to bend to the user’s anatomy, which makes it ideal for thrusting, especially with the flat part of the handle flapping against the labia and clitoris. With the shaft fully inserted, the handle conforms to the user’s body, providing a soft surface to grind against. Additionally, the handle makes this toy safe for anal insertion. Yeah, I like the handle a lot.
My only concern is the seam running along the length of this toy. Don’t worry, it’s not rough or even particularly noticeable, but straight out of the packaging there were a couple of tiny little tabs of excess silicone in a couple of places on the seam. Thankfully they easily washed off because I’m not sure I like the idea of toy materials flaking off inside me, but at least silicone is inert and completely body-safe. I just make sure to wash and closely inspect my G-Spot Thrill before use, and I haven’t seen any more.
I’m really glad I had the opportunity to try this sex toy because I’ve been having so much fun with it. The smooth surface, attractive design, and modest size make it ideal for those new to using dildos, while the high-quality material and variety of play options makes it a great choice for anyone looking for a soft insertable toy.

Yes, probably so it is
